I am not booking brow appointments at this time.
For booking and inquiries, please take your time and fill out the form below as thoroughly as possible. Please double check ALL of your info before submitting! If your e-mail is misspelled, you will not receive my response.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. Once your request is approved and I have sent you an appointment date, the deposit will be required. Please DO NOT send a deposit until your design is approved! Deposits must be sent within 24 hours of booking your appt. I accept PayPal or Venmo for deposits only. The shop is cash only for the remainder of your tattoo cost.
Again, deposits are non-refundable. Please give a 72 hour notice if you need to reschedule your tattoo appointment, otherwise you will lose your deposit. If you are feeling ill or have been around someone who is sick, please contact me ahead of time to discuss rescheduling your appointment.
Scapegoat Tattoo is taking COVID precautions very seriously. Masks will be required at all times (no bandanas or neck gaiters), and artists are taking necessary precautions with extra PPE to keep everyone comfortable and safe. A small PPE charge may be required by the shop for 2021 appointments.
Release forms and a COVID questionnaire will be required to be completed 24 hours before your appointment. They are located on the shop website, and I will send the link to you the week of your appointment. Just a heads up, guests will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment at this time.
If you are planning on traveling to get tattooed, please let me know where you are traveling from (and when) in the availability section so we can discuss options.
